Christmas in America

I want to tell you about some Christmas tradition in America.
The Christmas eve is on the 24th December and the Christmas day on the 25th December.
Santa Claus in one of the biggest personalities in the christmas season. In the 1920s Coca Cola helped create the "modern" santa claus. His helpers are elfs, Mrs Claus and reindeers. The kids leave cookies and milk for Santa on the Christmas eve. They hang socks over their fire place to get little presents. Christmas Cookies in America are gingerbread, sugar cookies and peanut butter blossoms. The families bake different gingerbreadhouses, too. One popular drink is Eggnog mixed with milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon and spices. 
A light fight is held in America where the houses are decorated and there is a competition.

Food Pyramid

Let me give some information about the food pyramide. The base of the pyramde is starchy food like whole grain bread, rice, oil, crackers and potatoes. It is important for your health to eat a lot of grain products. It is also necessary to get some vitamins with different fruits like an apple, a pair, a pineapple and grapes. Tomatoes, carrots, pepper and lettuce are vegetabels and also vitamin-rich and belong to the second base. For protein you need meet, fish, nuts and beans. You shouldn't consume too much dairy products like milk, butter and cheese. On the top of the pyramide there are some sweets like chips or chocholate. Important is to eat little sugar and little fat.

I often eat fruits like apples and berries. I usually consum pasta and milk products. I seldom eat some chocholate or chips, too. It is not difficult for me to avoid junk food, because it is to greasy.     

Wikipedia

I think Wikipedia is very interesting to find different summaries and to inform you about different topics. It is really practical to edit words or textes if you see something wrong. You can search every topic and you find a Wikipediapage about it or you can create one if there is not any.
But there are dangers on this website because there have been to many errors and spam vandals or to take false knowledge.



Sometimes I use Wikipedia as a jumping point or a fact-checked material. Admittedly I don't recommend this website for presentations. Wikipedia isn't accepted as a source of information at schools or colleges.

Hope you're good. You are interested in whether teenagers care about what they do online.
I'm 15 years old and I'm online 2 hours a day.
I use the Internet to chat with my friends, to post pictures or to comment under pictures. Sometimes i facetime with my friends, too.

You say that teenagers couldn't care less about privacy. Unfortunately, this is so true.
Teenagers aren't aware of the danger, even if they grow up with the Internet.
You also mention that schools should do more to educate teenagers about the future impact of their online profile. I fully agree with you because you can't learn enough about the danger in the internet.
In my opinion it would be advisable to have some lessons on Internet security because you have to use Social Media.
I think it can be good to learn in class and to be more concerned about the future impact of their online profile and reputation. Maybe teachers or other persons could show you the risks about posting. 
Learning about how to protect your online identity or to avoid leaving any tracks onlie would be highly interesting for us. It isn't possible to delete contents from the Internet. So think carefully about what you reveal on the Internet.

Be especially careful when you are chatting with strangers because you do not know who he or she is in reality. The most important is to give not reveal much personal information about yourself. You can't be sure who you are writing with.
Another possibility would be to ask your parents or your friends for help if you don't know what to do.

Instagram

I regestrationed me on Instagram on january 2017. I have got 170 friends on this app since regestration. My last posting was with my friends in Vienna. I spend one to two hours on a day on Instagram. The reasons why I use this plattform are to see postings of famous people and of my friends. I like to see the different style and types or to be inspirated.
This app is fantastic because you can see short cooking videos, cute animals or something else.
I haven't got some resolutions for the future to use instagram.

My favourite band

Nirvana
Nirvana was an American grunge band from Aberdeen, Washington. The band was founded of Kurt Cobain (singer, guitar), Krist Novoselic' (bass, accordion) and Aron Burckhard (drums) in 1987. They reached the end of the 1991 with the song "Smells Like Spirit" and the album Nevermind great popularity.
The band played other songs like and "Come As Aou Are" and "The Man Who Sold The World"

Seven years after its founding, the band broke up in 1994 in connection with the death of singer and songwriter Kurt Cobain. The band sold about 75 million phonograms.
